Happy Fall Y'all!!!

I hope that all of you are having a wonderful Fall! The weather has been great and the trees are beautiful! The only place I would rather be is on the Oasis Of The Sea in St. Martin! Maybe next year!

I am finding it hard to believe that Miss Aliyah is going to be 3 next Saturday! It just doesn't seem possible. Of course she is 3 going on 21! Every time she comes over she wants to get on the internet and check her FaceBook! Wonder where she's heard that! We will be celebrating her birthday next Saturday at the Jordan Valley Ice Park. Yes, she wants to go ice skating again..... but this Nana is going to pass on skating this time. I still haven't gotten her birthday present! All she has told me she wants is an iPod touch and as Escalade! Haha!

I am getting very excited about the pending arrival of my newest granddaughter, Kaylee Rose! She ids due in 12 days! Now both of my girls will get to experience the raising of a daughter! You know what they say about paybacks.......................... but, seriously, I am so excited for Ash & Dustin.

We have finally gotten everything, except the potting bench, from Mom & Royce's house and shop. It has been a struggle both physically and mentally. I have so many good memories of mom but am bitter because I should have had time to make more. I should not be an orphan at my age!

On a lighter note, I can now park in my garage again! Wasn't sure that was going to happen before winter set in, but it is now in better shape that it has ever been! (Just in time to start on Miss Aliyah's Junior Dragster... she wants to be a race car driver when she grows up so the building of the car begins!)

I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend... Hopefully my next post will be announcing the arrival of Miss Kaylle Rose.

God Bless you all!

Happy Thursday!

I hope that you are all having a great week! I'm really not sure where the time goes anymore!

Let me start by saying how excited I am getting to meet my new granddaughter, Kaylee Rose! Only 5 more weeks, or 35 days, until she is due to make her arrival! It seems I have been waiting forever to meet her!

I am also very excited because tomorrow night Miss Aliyah is going to spend the night with me for the first time ever! That's right, she will be 3 next month and has NEVER spent a night away from her mother! Her and Nana & Papa are going to have so much fun. Maybe pizza and a movie tomorrow night and the Pumpkin Patch on Saturday!

I am saddened by the fact that my mother is not here to enjoy these times with me! She loved Miss Aliyah so much and would have been so thrilled to welcome Miss Kaylee Rose into the world! It seems that there are so many things that I need to talk to her about these days! All I can say to those of you who are lucky enough to still have your mothers, cherish every moment! I talked to my mother everyday before she passed away and I miss that more than I can say! I would give anything, and I mean ANYTHING to talk to her just one more time! And my dad.... well, he loved his grandkids more than life itself and Aliyah and Kaylee would have had him wrapped around their little fingers. I remember when my girls were little and Papa Eddie would do ANYTHING they wanted! I miss him so much too! I love you and miss you mom & dad! Never thought I would be an orphan at my age!

Moving on to the task of getting everything moved out of mom & Royce's house.... kind of a sore subject at my house. Not sure that Larry and I are going to survive the whole ordeal! He has no concept of all the stuff because he never keeps anything! I am having such a hard time parting with any of my mom's things.... but I don't have anywhere to put everything! My garage is FULL! Haven't parked in there in over a month but...... we finally got everything out of their house! Now we just have to concentrate on getting everything out of the HUGE 3 car shop building! For those of you who knew mom and know Royce, you know they had a lot of STUFF! Haven't even tackled the Christmas Decorations yet and there are enough of them to fill a 10X25 storage building, and I am not exaggerating!

Well, enough with all that! I hope you are all having a blessed day!
Much love,
